As one of my mentors would reiterate whenever I needed to hear it, “You can have your own opinions but you can’t have your own facts.”  This is the foundation of my practice – real life experiences.

I ventured down the path of Holistic Healing with a focus on EFT and Energy Medicine out of necessity not out of a desire to “heal the world.”  After a catastrophic motorcycle accident in 2021 during a Global Pandemic, I found myself dealing with an over-taxed medical system while at the same time my personal G.P had just retired. “Tele-Health” over a 4″ screen became the new norm while my cognitive and physical abilities continued to slide downhill. Within 8 months I was on my knees in the middle of the living room surrendering to a “God” I didn’t know and had for decades thought had abandoned me. (BTW, I am not religious, but am most certainly Spiritual!!).

And then I was delivered training, and resources, and fellowship and most of all – healing and relief beyond what I could imagine in such short a time period.

I’m no saint, never was and don’t aspire to be. I have 50 years of experience in some atrocious traumas and memories which I continue to mitigate daily with the use of my unique talents, abilities and delivery of EFT. I have the scars of a life full of battles and it is these scars that allow me to be objective because I get it.
