from shadows to SOULlight

Hello I’m Michele. I am in Ontario, Canada. I offer on-line counselling and EFT tapping. I am a Registered Nurse (RN, Psychotherapist) and certified EFT Practitioner (cEFT2, AEFTP). I also have certification in Suicide Attention with Compassionate Inquiry and am a certified breathwork and meditation teacher. I have had my own “dark night of the soul”. Now I specialize in helping others struggling with depression, suicidal ideation, insomnia, anxiety, or whatever the struggle, to transcend the shadow. Not through fighting, hiding, numming or shaming but rather through compassionate attention and holding space (and tapping!) so the shadow parts of ourselves can be seen and heard and their messages received and integrated.
